On November 3, 2014, Columbia Banking System, Inc. (“Columbia”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 23, 2014, by and between Columbia and Intermountain Community Bancorp. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
