Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 27, 2014, Great West Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed that annual maintenance fee payments to the Bureau of Land Management for its mining claims on the 76 Property and the COD Property were not made in August 2013. As a result, the Company may have no rights to these claims.
