Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On or about November 3, 2014, and every other Monday thereafter, CSX Corporation (the “Company”) will provide biweekly updates on service recovery efforts on its website at www.csx.com, under the section “Customers.” In addition, the Company will begin posting bimonthly updates on Friday, November 7, 2014, and the first Friday of every other month thereafter, that will provide additional details on the Company’s efforts to improve service and network fluidity.
