Item 8.01. Other Events.
American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, Inc., pursuant to the prior authorization of its board of directors, will pay a distribution of $0.056666667 per share on November 17, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2014. The payment is being made on the 17th because the 15th is not a business day.
A copy of the press release announcing the foregoing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
