Other Events.
|
On October 30, 2014, AJS Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) completed its first stock repurchase program adopted on May 23, 2014. Under the plan, the Company repurchased 56,267 shares, or approximately 2.4%, of its common stock. The shares were repurchased by the Company at an average price of $13.41 per share. The Company has commenced the second stock repurchase program announced on October 21, 2014 of up to 115,000 shares of Company common stock, or approximately 5.0% of the outstanding shares.
