Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 30, 2014, Viggle Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release scheduling a conference call to discuss the Company’s First Quarter Fiscal 2015 results. The conference call will take place on November 12, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The dial-in number for US and Canadian callers will be 877-407-3102, and the dial-in for callers outside of the US and Canada will be 1-201-493-6790. A live webcast and archive of the call will also be available on Viggle’s website at: http://viggleinc.equisolvewebcast.com/q1-2015. A replay will be available for 14 days starting on November 12, 2014, beginning one hour after the end of the conference call, and will run through midnight on November 26, 2014. On October 30, 2014, the Company also issued a press release announcing its relationship with HitFix.
