Item 8.01 Other Events
MVP REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) advised that it will close the pending public offering of its common stock on September 15, 2015 and will not seek any further extensions for the offering. The public offering was recently extended until September 2015, subject to the receipt of any necessary approvals from the state securities regulators in each state where the offering is pending.
