Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 28, 2014, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York issued a decision granting summary judgment to defendant Coupons.com, Inc. in connection with Plaintiff Document Security Systems, Inc.’s (“Company”) lawsuit filed on October 24, 2011, alleging breach of contract relating to a commercial non-disclosure agreement. The Company is assessing its position in light of the ruling.
