Item 8.01. Other Events.

Refinance of Loan on Dallas Market Center Property

CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) indirectly owns through a joint venture 81.98% of the partnership interests in the Dallas Market Center.

On October 29, 2014, existing loans collateralized by the Dallas Market Center were refinanced in their entirety pursuant to a first mortgage loan provided by a third-party lender in the original aggregate principal amount of $131,500,000 with an interest rate equal to one-month LIBOR plus 175 basis points, subject to a LIBOR floor of 0.25% (the “Bridge Loan”). The maturity date of the Bridge Loan is May 9, 2015, with one six-month extension option.
