On October 28, 2014, CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. issued a press release relating to, among other things, the declaration of a cash dividend and the authorization for the Company to repurchase up to $1 million of its outstanding common stock through the end of fiscal 2015. This press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
