On October 27, 2014, Vitae Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Vitae”) announced that the underwriters for the recently completed initial public offering of Vitae common stock have exercised in full their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,031,250 shares of Vitae’s common stock. A copy of Vitae’s press release announcing the exercise of the over-allotment option is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
