Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 22, 2014, QuickLogic Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Dan Rabinovitsj to QuickLogic’s board of directors. Mr. Rabinovitsj will serve as a Class I director, with a term that expires on the date of QuickLogic’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2015. There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Rabinovitsj and any other person pursuant to which Mr. Rabinovitsj was selected as a director. There are no transactions involving Mr. Rabinovitsj that would be required to be reported under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
