On October 24, 2014, Momentive Performance Materials Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the successful completion of its financial restructuring and emergence from Chapter 11. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
