Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 24, 2014, PSB Holdings, Inc. issued a news release announcing quarterly net income of $1,782,000, or $1.08 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, as compared to net income of $13,000, or $.01 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. Earnings during the nine months ended September 30, 2014, were $2.80 per share on net income of $4,635,000, compared to $1.93 per share on net income of $3,183,000 during 2013. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.*
