On October 23, 2014, the Company pre-announced estimated third quarter operating earnings range of $(0.03) to $0.01 per diluted share based on an anticipated GAAP combined ratio of 107.7 percent for the quarter. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
