Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 23, 2014, Mobile Mini, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing its financial results for the period ended September 30, 2014. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
