Effective October 22, 2014 Dennis W. Wells has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LSI Industries Inc. ("LSI"). As previously contemplated, and consistent with the Company's management succession plan, Robert J. Ready no longer holds the title of Executive Chairman, but will remain as Chairman of LSI's Board of Directors.
Biographical information regarding Mr. Wells is incorporated herein by reference from LSI's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 1, 2014. The press release announcing Mr. Wells' promotion is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
