| Energen Corporation regrets to announce the death on October 19, 2014, of Dr. Judy M. Merritt. A member of the Board of Directors of Energen Corporation since 1993, Dr. Merritt was currently serving on the Audit Committee and the Governance and Nominations Committee. Her leadership and friendship will be missed. |
