Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
The Company announced today that Mr. Samuel Sato has been appointed President of the Company and elected to the Company’s board of directors as a Class II Director. Mr. Sato formerly served as President, Finish Line Brand since October 2012.
Further information regarding Mr. Sato’s appointment and election is set forth in the press release issued on October 21, 2014, a copy of which is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
