On October 20, 2014, GlassesOff Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing recent interim results from a study commissioned by the Israeli Air Force at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (the “AAO 2014 Annual Meeting”), which is being held in Chicago, Illinois. A poster presentation with respect to the study will be presented at the AAO 2014 Annual Meeting at 12:30 p.m. local time. Copies of the press release and poster presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
