On October 16, 2014, shareholders representing at least a majority of the then outstanding common stock of Net Talk.Com, Inc. (“the Company”) voted, via written consent in lieu of a meeting, to remove each of Samer Bishay, Maged Bishara, and Nardir Aljasrawi from their positions serving as members of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Removal”).
The Removal will become effective upon approximately (but not less than) 20 days after the filing of definitive information statement and its mailing to the Company’s stockholders.
