Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 17, 2014 Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (the “SEC”) Division of Enforcement had notified the Company that it has concluded its previously disclosed inquiry into matters at the Company dating back to 2010 without recommending an enforcement action against the Company or any of its current or former employees.  The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
