OTHER EVENTS On October 8th, 2014, the Company executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Delphi Automotive Systems, LLC, detailing terms under which they will collaborate to manufacture & commercialize Dominovas Energy branded multi-megawatt SOFC.
