On October 14, 2014, Straight Path Communications Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for its fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2014 and posted the release to the investors’ page of its website (www.spathinc.com). A copy of the earnings release concerning the foregoing results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
