On October 13, 2014, The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing several management changes including the appointments of: (i) Lars Ottersgård as Executive Vice President, Market Technology, (ii) Nelson Griggs as Executive Vice President, Listing Services and (iii) Bruce Aust as Vice Chairman. This press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
