ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 8, 2014, Hubbell Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release containing certain anticipated financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014, and updated guidance for the full-year 2014. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Because the Company’s financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 have not yet been finalized, the preliminary results contained in the press release are subject to change, and actual results for this period may differ materially from these preliminary estimates. Accordingly, you should not place undue reliance on these preliminary estimates.
