Regulation FD Disclosure.

October 10, 2014, Air Industries Group issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock to be paid on November 3, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 20, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
