Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 9, 2014, HealthStream, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has leased office space to open a new Patient Interview Center, the text of which is set forth in Exhibit 99.1. The opening of the Patient Interview Center is not anticipated to have an impact on the guidance reflected in the previously announced 2014 financial outlook of the Company.
