On October 3, 2014, Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) acquired substantially all of the assets of Easom Automation Systems, Inc. (“Easom”). Easom, an integrator and manufacturer of automation and positioning solutions, is located in Detroit, Michigan.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The press release is also available on the Company’s website at www.lincolnelectric.com.
