Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
WesBanco, Inc. issued a press release today announcing that it will issue a press release highlighting the Company's financial results for the third quarter of 2014 on Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Management will also host a conference call to discuss the Company's financial results for the third quarter of 2014 on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. E.D.T.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
