(d) Election of Director.
On October 1, 2014, the Board of Directors of International Textile Group, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Kenneth T. Kunberger, the Company's current President and Chief Executive Officer, as a Director.
There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Kunberger and any other persons pursuant to which he was selected as a director.
