On September 8, 2014, Nuveen Investments issued a press release announcing, among other things, the addition of Nuveen Multi-Market Income Fund, Inc. (formerly known as American Income Fund, Inc.) (the “Registrant”) to the Nuveen platform and that Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC now serves as the advisor to the Registrant.
