(b) On September 30, 2014, Dr. Pennina Safer notified GlobeImmune, Inc. (“GlobeImmune”) that she was resigning from her position as a member of GlobeImmune’s board of directors, including her position as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee thereof, effective as of September 30, 2014. Dr. Safer’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with GlobeImmune on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices, or regarding the general direction of the company.
