Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 1, 2014, V.F. Corporation (“VF”) announced that Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Robert K. Shearer will retire in March 2015, after 28 years with VF.
VF named Scott A. Roe, 49, currently Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, to succeed Shearer in the role of Chief Financial Officer.
