On October 1, 2014, Millennial Media, Inc. (“Millennial”) issued a press release announcing that Jason Kelly will be joining Millennial as President of its Managed Media business to lead its global brand and performance sales teams.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
