Effective as of September 25, 2014, Fabrinet entered into the First Amendment (the “Amendment”) to its Credit Agreement, dated as of May 22, 2014, among Fabrinet, the subsidiaries of Fabrinet from time to time party thereto as guarantors, the lenders from time to time party thereto and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent (the “Credit Agreement”). The Amendment amended Section 6.01(a) of the Credit Agreement to extend the time for delivery of Fabrinet’s audited financial statements and related deliverables for its fiscal year ended June 27, 2014 to November 3, 2014.
