On October 1, 2014, Adaptive Medias, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its engagement with Buyins.net to monitor the Company’s short sellers and market makers daily for compliance with Regulation SHO promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
