Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 29, 2014, Flux Power Holdings, Inc. held a conference call to discuss results for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 and management's current business outlook. A copy of the conference call transcript is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
