Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 29, 2014, Viggle Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial and operating results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 in the press release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
