Section 7 - Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 22, 2014, we issued a press release regarding our wholly-owned subsidiary, Wisdom Homes of America, Inc., and the arrival of manufactured homes inventory, new inventory orders based on recent sales, and the retention of a seasoned retail general manager to oversee our retail center in Tyler, Texas.
