Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 29, 2014, Seattle Genetics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing top-line results from its ADCETRIS® (brentuximab vedotin) phase 3 AETHERA clinical trial for Hodgkin lymphoma patients at risk of relapse following autologous stem cell transplant.
A detailed description of these top-line results is contained in the Company’s press release dated September 29, 2014 which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein.
