On September 25, 2014, the Company announced that it had disposed of $112.1 million of residential mortgage loans guaranteed by the Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”), all of which were non-performing at June 30, 2014, selling such loans back to the financial institution that originally sold the loans to the Company’s subsidiary, Hudson City Savings Bank.
