On September 26, 2014, Community Health Systems, Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc., has launched exchange offers for its outstanding 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 and 6.875% Senior Notes due 2022. A copy of the press release making this announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
