On September 26, 2014, Cavco Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing interest in a potential acquisition of Skyline Corporation and indicating that Skyline Corporation’s Board of Directors has declined to pursue such discussions with the Company. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
