Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 24, 2014, Five Oaks Investment Corp. (NYSE: OAKS) (“Five Oaks” or “the Company”) announced that members of the Company’s executive team would be presenting at the JMP Financial Services and Real Estate Conference on Tuesday, September 30th, 2014 at the St. Regis Hotel, New York, NY. The Five Oaks presentation is scheduled to begin at 2.00 p.m. ET. The associated presentation materials will be available at 2.00 a.m. ET on September 30th, 2014, and a live audio webcast will be available, both on the Company’s website at www.fiveoaksinvestment.com under the tab Investor Relations: Webcasts & Presentations.
