Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Cover-All Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) has announced that Maryanne Gallagher, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Product Support, is resigning from the Company, effective September 26, 2014.
The Company has named Sweta Jhunjhunwala to serve as its Senior Vice President, Product Support, effective September 29, 2014. Ms. Jhunjhunwala will retain her current duties as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Client Services.
