Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 24, 2014, AdCare Health Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has signed an agreement to lease two of its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Alabama to a local nursing home operator effective November 1, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
