Mr. Dan Van Ostrand, the Company’s senior vice president research & development, has resigned effective September 19, 2014.
ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On September 19, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company has appointed Arnold Kholodenko, Ph.D. to the position of senior vice president of research and development, succeeding Dan Van Ostrand, who has resigned to pursue other interests. Dr. Kholodenko is an award-winning engineering executive with extensive experience in the design of next-generation fabrication equipment for high-performance and cost-effective products. He brings more than 45 years of experience at public and private companies which develop, manufacture, and commercialize products for the flat panel display, semiconductor, solar photovoltaic and wafer fabrication industries.
The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, incorporated by reference herein, and the description of the press release is qualified in its entirety by reference to such Exhibit.
