Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 19, 2014, the TEL Offshore Trust (the “Trust”) issued a press release providing interested parties with a list of Frequently Asked Questions related to the pending probate proceeding (the “Probate FAQ”) previously disclosed in the Trust’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on July 10, 2014. The Probate FAQ press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
