On September 15, 2014, Mark Richards notified Pervasip Corp. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Richard’s decision to resign was for personal reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
